Can you help set up my system?

Yes, you certainly can. ISO2HANDLE is not a content advisor, but we can certainly help you design your information security system in such a way that you can enjoy working with it. You can use the bundles of hours you can buy from us. Those bundles are available in 10, 20 and 40 hours.

How does the system help me follow up?

You can add automatic tasks and workflows to each measure. You do this, for example, if there are still things to be done before a measure is fully implemented. Your colleagues receive notifications to pick up tasks. And you see it in time if that doesn't happen. In that case, you can determine whether additional action is needed, in which case you can manually send additional notifications.

What exactly is this ISO27001 reference matrix?

That reference matrix is a table, linking the requirements of the ISO27001 standard and where each requirement is covered in your ISO2HANDLE environment. The idea here is that you organize information security not for the certificate or for your auditor, but for your organization. So your quality manual is central, but during an audit it is incredibly useful to establish the relationship between the standard and your documentation. You do that with the reference matrix.
