It is possible to use your own logo and backgrounds in the application. ISO2HANDLE also available as a white label platform, so you can give your own branding and naming to the Management System and configure it to your own vision and methodology. Our platform has multiple user groups (Consultant, Administrator, Viewer, Employee, Manager, Auditor) Each user group has a default permission set, but each group is also customizable to the discretion of the super user. This way you can easily set what each user group can see and modify per main item (e.g. manual, dashboarding, workflows and forms).

Preliminary texts are texts that you use once when you begin implementing a standard. These texts do a "foreshadowing" on what you might write and what is needed to achieve the desired standard. This saves you a lot of time. Caution. The texts can never be copied blindly; there is always a quality adjustment needed to make the texts appropriate for the organization.

Basically, the whole platform runs on both desktop, laptop and mobile device. Many functionalities are disabled for a mobile device because it is not logical (and inconvenient) to, for example, write documents on your cell phone. On a mobile device, mainly the forms, procedures and associated dashboards are shown. The "super user" can decide who sees what and has access to which form, document and/or dashboard.

Yes for access on a mobile device, a separate web app is available. This works differently than an app from the app store. You only have to log in once via the link you received in your email and the app will automatically install itself on your phone after approval. this has the advantage that if you create a new form or field that it is immediately available in the web app of ISO2HANDLE.

Data is stored at Digital Ocean's hosting center (27001 certified), in Amsterdam. Hot storage backups are at Amazon in Frankfurt. Cold Backups are stored in a secure and ISO27001 certified data center in the Netherlands. Read more about our data security policy

A full backup of each environment is made every 12 hours (hot storage). In addition, a colt storage backup of your environment is also made every day and stored in a secure data center in the Netherlands. No, the entire platform can be used without technical knowledge. Daily users do not need training. The superuser will often know the application well enough after 4 hours of training to work with it independently.

Every environment contains 2 dashboards by default. A company dashboard that can be filled by an advisor or an administrator and a personal dashboard. On these dashboards you can place all kinds of widgets such as forms, graphs, files, results and RSS feeds. In addition, some templates have custom dashboards. You can create an unlimited number of dashboards (if it fits within your license). on our online Academy you can find more how this works.

We have a very extensive API that allows you to export data from the platform as well as import data. Think of the Handbooks: as pdf, the forms (including their registrations): Excel (.xlsx) files, Graphs: as jpeg and pdf. etc. etc. In addition, all information from each form can be easily imported and exported via Excel.

Yes, the client can create a so-called auditor account and determine from when to when the auditor has access to which part of the platform. The auditor can thus view the necessary information in advance and ask questions about it so that one can efficiently and properly prepare for the audit.
