A proven successful
implementation process
Composing the project team
A good composition of the project team is the basis for your success. We ensure that the team not only has executive members, but that the implementation is also secured at the management level. We pay attention to personal roles and make sure everyone knows what is expected of them.
Establish working arrangements project team
The implementation process has a number of steps and these require commitment from team members at various times. For a smooth and timely implementation, we establish what we expect from whom at what point. At the same time, we outline how coordination with the ISO2HANDLE implementation consultant will take place. When all expectations are clear and known to everyone, the prerequisites for a successful implementation are met.
Setting up environment and kick-off
When we set up an environment for you, we look carefully at the results you want to achieve. We give good attention to the phasing of your ambitions. We know by now that it's a good idea to start small and build out after your initial successes. We make sure your environment is loaded with all the superpowers you need and that it's ready to go. You now have a working system that meets your needs and requirements and you are ready to get started.
Training and work sessions
We organize a number of (usually 4) power sessions of up to 2 hours in which we teach you and your team how to work with your ISO2HANDLE environment. If we find that there are issues that still need to be adjusted, we'll take care of that. Over the course of the weeks, your team will learn to interact with the system and resolve a variety of issues.
Trial runs and fine tuning
We are now going to engage some actual users in your organization. We are going to set up a live simulation and we are going to ask users to start using some features. We'll incorporate the feedback we receive and make sure you're ready to go live after a final fine-tuning.
Live
Together we run through everything one last time. After that final check by the team and the ISO2HANDLE consultant, we put your environment live. You can introduce the go live to your colleagues and everyone can now start working with the system. Job done!
