What did MANA Commercial Vehicles run into?
No overview in all documents, Findability of documents, No insight (ongoing) tasks, Double registrations, A system that does not work for the organization. MANA Bedrijfswagens indicated that their organization needed more order and structure within all documentation. Shortly after the acquisition, MANA Bedrijfswagens had to be re-certified for ISO 9001. This made it clear that there was still a lot of work to do in preparation for the audit, said Jasmijn from HR. This was quite time-consuming and definitely a point to pick up in the future. They wanted to professionalize the company management system. MANA Bedrijfswagens consulted an external consultant to make this professionalization move, they received a number of tips on how to pick this up.
