Your reports overview shows you exactly which reports have been taken up and completed and which remain outstanding. You can zoom in on each report to see what it's about and who is handling it. If you find it necessary, you can manually intervene in cases that are not moving. From now on, you focus only on anything that threatens to run out of bandwidth. That saves you a tremendous amount of work and really puts you in your power as a QHSE/KAM manager.
In your quality dashboard, you'll find the visual representation of all the metrics you care about.
